Job summary

Phillips Tank & Structure (PTS) in Braddock, PA is hiring a full-time Foreman/Tank Builder. You will supervise on-site construction activities for above-ground metal storage tanks and related structures, coordinating with customers, vendors, and subcontractors to maintain safety, quality, and schedule. Ideal candidates bring strong communication and organizational skills, a willingness to learn, and the ability to lift 50 lbs.

Welding experience is a plus. Eligible to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Have great communication and organization skills.
• Ability to solve problems and suggest improvements to our systems.
• Be at least 18 years old and able to lift 50 lbs.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States and pass background checks and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Provide site supervision and field leadership for PTS construction projects.
• Act as the point of contact with customers, vendors and subcontractors on site.
• Maintain safety, quality and productivity on the jobsite.
• Understand contract scope and identify field-initiated scope changes (change orders).
• Provide leadership to ensure safety and quality and reduce rework.
• Support project profitability while keeping customers satisfied.
