Qualifications

• Four (4) year combination of education, training, and/or progressively responsible experience in a social services setting.
• OR a Bachelor's Degree in Social Services, Business Administration, or other related field.

Responsibilities

• Interview clients, obtain and assess necessary facts, data, and documentation for applications or recertifications.
• Evaluate information and apply program criteria to determine eligibility.
• Explain eligibility requirements, rules and rights to clients and representatives.
