Job summary

Southern Auto Finance Company, LLC (SAFCO) is hiring an experienced Relationship Manager to own and grow our Tampa, Florida market. You will manage an established dealer network, travel locally, and drive funded volume with coaching support from a Regional Manager.

A $60,000 base salary plus uncapped monthly commissions positions you for significant earnings. Top performers can exceed $150,000 all-in annually.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in indirect auto finance territory sales.
• Current residence in the Tampa metro area; local candidates only.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, not required.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Own a defined territory of dealers, averaging 8–10 in-person visits daily.
• Grow funded volume with active dealer partners through regular visits and coaching.
• Reactivate dormant accounts and sign new dealer partners.
• Coach dealer teams on structuring deals and demonstrate SAFCO Assist.
• Manage your pipeline in Salesforce with real‑time updates.
