Job summary

SAFCO, a 35-year-old auto finance company, is hiring an experienced Relationship Manager to own and grow the Charlotte, NC market. You will inherit established dealer relationships and an active pipeline, with support from an Account Manager and Regional Manager.

The role offers a base salary of $50,000 plus uncapped monthly commissions; top RMs earn $150,000+ all-in. SAFCO provides mileage reimbursement, 401(k) with match, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in indirect auto finance territory sales.
• Current residence in the Charlotte metro area; this is a field role.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Disciplined pipeline management; fluency with Salesforce (or a comparable CRM).
• Self-directed and accountable with an ownership mindset toward your territory.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Own a defined territory of franchise and independent dealers, visiting 8–10 per day across Charlotte metro.
• Grow funded volume with active dealer partners through visits, coaching, and follow-up.
• Reactivate dormant accounts with targeted plans and sign new dealer partners.
• Coach F&I teams on structuring deals and demonstrate SAFCO Assist for faster funding.
• Manage your pipeline in Salesforce with inside Account Manager support.
• Monitor market trends and report insights to leadership.
