Job summary

Southern Auto Finance Company, LLC (SAFCO) is hiring an experienced Relationship Manager to own and grow the Phoenix market. You will take over an established dealer network and drive funded volume with a dedicated support team. This field role involves regular dealer visits, coaching on deals, and expanding SAFCO’s financing program for dealers.

A base salary plus uncapped commissions rewards performance. Top RMs earn $150,000+ all-in; SAFCO provides 401(k), health benefits, life and disability

Qualifications

Proven track record in indirect auto finance sales.
Resident of Phoenix metro; field role.
Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
Fluency with Salesforce and MS Office.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

Own defined territory with 8–10 in-person dealer visits daily.
Grow funded volume with active dealer partners.
Reactivate dormant accounts and sign new dealers.
Coach F&I teams on structuring deals.
Manage pipeline in Salesforce in real time.
Analyze market trends and report insights.
