Job summary

SAFCO is seeking an experienced Relationship Manager to own and grow the Tampa, Florida market. You will manage established dealer relationships, expand funded volume, and drive growth with a dedicated Account Manager and Regional Manager.

The role offers a base salary of $50,000 plus uncapped monthly commissions, with top RMs earning $150,000+ all-in. Mileage, expenses, and a robust benefits package are provided.

Qualifications

• Proven indirect auto finance sales experience.
• Residence in the Tampa metro area; local candidates preferred.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Own a defined territory of dealers; visit 8-10 dealers daily and travel locally.
• Grow funded volume with active dealer partners; coach deals in real time.
• Reactivate dormant accounts and sign new dealer partners.
• Coach dealer F&I teams on structuring deals and demonstrate SAFCO Assist.
• Manage pipeline in Salesforce; collaborate with inside Account Manager to optimize opportunities.
• Monitor market trends and provide intelligence to leadership.
