Job summary

SAFCO is seeking an experienced Relationship Manager to own and grow the Phoenix, AZ market. You will inherit an established dealer network and active pipeline, with a Regional Manager coaching you along the way to maximize your territory’s performance.

Base salary of $50,000 with uncapped monthly commissions; top RMs earn $150,000+ all-in. This is a field role in the Phoenix metro area with mileage reimbursement and solid earning potential for high performers.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in indirect auto finance territory sales.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the Phoenix territory end to end, growing funded volume with dealer partners.
• Reactivate dormant accounts and sign new dealer partners.
• Coach dealer F&I teams on structuring deals and demonstrate SAFCO Assist.
• Manage pipeline in Salesforce in real time and collaborate with inside Account Manager.
