Job summary

New Patterns ABA - MA is seeking a Talented Behavior Technician to join our in-home and community-based therapy team in the South Easton, MA area. The role focuses on implementing individualized ABA treatment plans, collecting progress data, and supporting individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities to promote independence.

No prior experience is required, but a strong desire to learn, reliable transportation, and excellent communication skills are essential for success in this

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

Assist with implementation of individualized treatment plans using evidence-based ABA practices.
Collect and record data on client progress to inform treatment decisions.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to develop behavioral plans and goals.
Maintain accurate records of client progress, data collection, and treatment plans.
Provide support and guidance to individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities, promoting independence.
Participate in team meetings and trainings to ensure ongoing professional development.
