EY is seeking a Technical Product & Innovation Manager to guide a product-ledTalent technology portfolio by shaping governance, investment strategy, and a multi-horizon roadmap. You will align strategic priorities with user needs, manage delivery capacity, and drive measurable business outcomes across enterprise platforms.

Qualifikationen

Experience in technical product management within HR or talent technology.
Ability to define technology investment strategy and roadmap.
Experience leading Client Zero, pilot or incubation initiatives at scale.
Experience coordinating roadmaps and backlogs across business and technical teams.
Knowledge of enterprise HR platforms or service-delivery tech is preferred.
Familiarity with integrations, APIs, data flows, security, and platform lifecycle.
