Qualifications

• Relevant experience in technical product management, HR or talent technology, enterprise platforms, digital transformation, product operations, or technology consulting.
• Demonstrated success establishing or maturing a product organization, including governance and cross-functional accountability.
• Experience defining a technology investment strategy and technical roadmap that connect business priorities, architecture, funding, sequencing, risk, and value realization.
• Experience leading Client Zero, pilot, or incubation initiatives through implementation, adoption, measurement, and enterprise scale.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement the talent technology investment strategy and multi-horizon technical roadmap, translating business priorities into sequenced investments and measurable outcomes.
• Maintain an integrated view of the talent technology portfolio, demand, delivery capacity, dependencies, risk, cost, and value.
• Coordinate refinement, estimation, deployment planning, prototyping, testing, UAT, launch readiness, and post-launch reviews with Enterprise Technology and delivery partners.
