Job summary

Milwaukee Tool is seeking a Talent Advisor to partner with Operations teams across Wisconsin manufacturing, distribution, and offices. Under the Talent Business Partner, you will forecast, build, and implement proactive talent solutions, maintain data integrity in Workday, support employee relations, and drive engagement in a fast-paced environment.

This role is fully onsite with travel up to 10% within Wisconsin.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of progressive business experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Organizational Development, or related field.
• HR Generalist experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise good judgment.
• Continuous improvement mindset and sense of urgency.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to understand business objectives and deliver Talent solutions.
• Support workforce planning and organizational design initiatives.
• Influence leaders through organizational change and team development.
• Leverage analytics to identify trends and provide recommendations.
• Collaborate with COEs to execute talent plans across locations.
• Support talent initiatives spanning multiple functions and locations.
• Onsite presence on manufacturing floors as needed.
