Milwaukee Tool Corporation is seeking a Senior Talent Business Partner to collaborate with executives in forecasting and implementing proactive talent solutions aligned with business goals. You will lead talent reviews, organizational design, and employee experience initiatives as part of a dynamic, fast-paced team.

In this role, you will coach leaders, drive internal mobility, and partner with Talent COEs to shape workforce strategies that support organizational transformation and regulatory

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of progressive Talent experience supporting Sr Leaders and aligning Talent to business goals.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Progressive Generalist experience with a focus on leadership level partnerships.
• Proven ability to position Talent as a strategic business partner in the organization.
• Anticipates talent needs and provides proactive solutions that improve how work gets done across teams.
• Demonstrates ability to influence and coach senior leaders.

Responsabilités

• Strategic Business Partnership: Align talent strategies with leadership goals and assess performance and potential to identify gaps and high-potential employees.
• Organizational Design: Develop workforce plans and lead organizational change initiatives with an employee-centric approach.
• Employee Relations & Compliance: Drive compliant, positive employee relations and investigations when needed.
• Employee Experience: Shape culture and leverage analytics to improve employee experiences and development opportunities.
• Program Leadership: Oversee key Talent management programs such as performance reviews, merit cycles, and internal mobility.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to identify staffing needs and support leadership listening strategies.
