Milwaukee Tool is seeking a Talent Advisor to partner with Operations leadership, forecast, build, and implement proactive talent solutions aligned with business goals. This onsite role may require travel within Wisconsin locations to support manufacturing, distribution, and offices.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of progressive business experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Previous HR Generalist experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable recommendations.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality, exercise good judgment and diplomacy.
• Continuous improvement mindset with a strong sense of ownership and urgency.

Responsabilités

• Partner with leaders to understand business objectives and deliver Talent solutions that support operational goals.
• Support organizational design and workforce planning initiatives that align talent strategies with business priorities.
• Influence and support leaders through organizational change, talent decisions, and team development.
• Leverage workforce analytics and talent insights to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and provide recommendations to leadership.
• Collaborate with Talent COEs and business leaders to develop and execute talent plans that build bench strength and support organizational growth.
• Support Operations-wide Talent initiatives and projects that span multiple functions, teams, and locations.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees on employee relations matters and workplace concerns.
• Support investigations by gathering facts, documenting findings, and partnering with Talent leadership to drive resolution.
• Foster positive employee relations by creating an open environment where employees feel safe to raise concerns.
• Provide guidance on company policies, procedures, and employment practices.
• Support compliance initiatives and maintain knowledge of applicable labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Serve as a steward of organizational data integrity by ensuring accurate employee records, job profiles, department assignments, cost centers, and reporting structures.
• Audit workforce data and maintain accurate organizational records.
• Generate and deliver recurring and ad hoc workforce reporting (headcount, turnover, internal mobility, health metrics).
• Identify opportunities to enhance Talent processes through data analysis and process improvements.
• Execute organizational changes in Workday (promotions, transfers, restructures, position management).
• Maintain and update job descriptions to reflect evolving needs.
• Support implementation and communication of Talent programs, policies, and process improvements.
