Jabil seeks a Senior Manager, Talent Strategy & Operations to design and improve Talent programs across the enterprise. You will turn strategy into practical processes, tools, and communications and manage day-to-day Talent portfolio operations with vendors and resources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, Business, or related field (Master's preferred).
• 10+ years in Talent Management, Organizational Development, Leadership Development, or related Talent COE role.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and continuous improvement of enterprise Talent processes and programs across the company.
• Own the lifecycle of Talent programs from design to adoption, measurement and improvement.
• Turn Talent strategy into practical processes, tools, communications and resources for enterprise-wide execution.
• Oversee Talent data, metrics, dashboards, and reporting to drive insights.
