Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and training with 10 years of related experience.
• Minimum 5 years of management experience within a manufacturing or operations environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Operations Department to high efficiency, integrity, and enthusiasm.
• Recruit, interview, and hire Functional Managers; coach them through hiring processes.
• Develop training curriculums and succession plans for managers.
• Set measurable goals and monitor operational metrics and project timelines.
• Drive continuous improvement and share best practices across facilities.
• Coordinate large teams during crises and ensure safety and quality compliance.
