Job summary

Jabil is seeking a Senior Manager of Talent Strategy & Operations to design and continuously improve enterprise Talent programs. You will manage the lifecycle of Talent initiatives, turning strategy into practical tools and processes across the organization, while leading portfolio operations, budgeting, and vendor relations.

Partner with analytics and leadership to define metrics, drive insights, and improve the employee and leader experience.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, Business, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • 10-12+ years in Talent Management or related COE role.

Responsibilities

  • Lead design and continuous improvement of enterprise Talent processes.
  • Own lifecycle of Talent programs from design to adoption and measurement.
  • Turn Talent strategy into practical processes, tools, and communications across the enterprise.
  • Lead day-to-day Talent portfolio operations including planning, budgets, vendors, and technology.
  • Define Talent metrics, dashboards, and reporting for meaningful insights.
