Job summary
KLA is seeking a Senior Program Manager of Talent to design and scale global talent programs. You will partner with HR Business Partners, leaders, and COEs to embed standardized, data-informed practices that enhance career pathways and employee engagement.

- Experience designing and executing talent programs.
- Strong facilitation, communication, and content development skills.
- Experience using people analytics and engagement tools to guide decisions.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver talent programs to enrich talent pipeline and career growth.
- Partner with HRBPs, leaders, and COEs to implement standardized practices.
- Support talent reviews, succession and readiness tracking.
- Develop resources, templates, and tools for objective assessment.
- Monitor engagement data and translate insights into actions.
- Support training, workshops, and facilitation across programs.
- Drive data integrity across talent systems and cycles.
- Collaborate on Workday Talent & Performance implementation.
- Communicate best practices to improve capability across HR.
