Qualifications

• Five+ years of leadership development or talent management experience.
• Experience advising senior leaders at MTM 1 and/or MTM 2-deep level.
• Strong relationship management and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Translate strategy into clear goals, actions and deliverables with solid project management.
• Strong written and verbal communication; comfortable in ambiguous environments.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.

Responsabilités

• Design and deliver talent management strategies and talent development plans that support succession planning and leadership benches.
• Lead leadership development processes and HR initiatives such as succession planning, performance management, OD, manager development, 360 feedback, and program nominations.
• Execute talent management strategy and org design across local, regional, and enterprise teams with regulatory compliance.
• Provide coaching to key leaders to develop diverse top talent.
• Leverage data (quantitative and qualitative) to drive strategic talent solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional controls (Communications, Legal, Risk, Compliance) to communicate people moves and processes.
