Qualifications

• Minimum five years in Talent Acquisition or HR in large financial services or similarly demanding environments.
• Experience in Investment Banking and/or Capital Markets support or in-house.
• Strong client relationship skills with executives; credibility and business focus.
• Deep understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing tools, candidate assessment, and negotiation.
• Knowledge of applicant tracking systems and data management is desirable.
• Ability to advise on complex offers including deferred compensation.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, efficiency in a large corporate setting, and strategic thinking.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake sessions with hiring managers to understand business needs and manage requisitions in the ATS.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to build pipelines for critical skills areas.
• Coordinate with senior HR leaders to report on open roles, hires, and initiatives.
• Foster inclusive hiring by leveraging diverse candidate pools.
• Ensure compliance with applicable federal and state recruitment laws and regulations.
