Job summary

Bank of America Corporation is seeking a Talent Consultant II to partner with senior business leaders to design and deliver talent development and organizational design solutions that align with enterprise goals.

In this role, you will collaborate with Global Talent, GHR, SMEs, and vendors to implement talent processes, coach leaders, and drive leadership development across the GCIB function.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years’ experience in Learning, Program Development, Leadership development, Organization Development, HR Generalist or related fields.
• Experience consulting with senior leaders globally.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to translate strategy into concrete goals and deliverables.
• Ability to operate in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
• Proven ability to drive programs and projects to completion.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver talent management strategies and development plans aligned with succession planning and leadership bench.
• Lead leadership development processes and HR initiatives (performance management, org design, manager development, 360 feedback).
• Execute talent management strategy across local, regional, and enterprise teams while ensuring compliance.
• Provide coaching to leaders to promote diverse top talent across the organization.
• Use data to drive strategic talent solutions and improve business outcomes.
• Collaborate with control functions to communicate talent moves and mitigate people risk.
• Drive learning strategy and programs for client organizations with learning resources.
• Advise leaders on organizational change, operating model improvements, and communication plans.
• Support enterprise initiatives within the GCIB organization and HR partnerships.
