Grand Casino Mille Lacs is seeking a Strategic Partner to drive transformative talent strategies that empower our associates and elevate leadership capabilities. You will serve as a strategic advisor, coach, and change agent, aligning with Mille Lacs Band values and enterprise-wide objectives.

You will partner with business leaders to co-create future-ready talent strategies, design scalable programs, and lead with data, heart, and vision.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a strategic HR role and 2+ years in generalist/HRBP capacity.
• Experience in workforce planning, performance consulting, or organizational strategy.
• Strong communicator, coach, and influencer across multiple stakeholder levels; data-informed decision making.

Responsibilities

• Advise on enterprise-level workforce planning and succession strategies.
• Design and evolve scalable talent systems to support growth and agility.
• Lead inclusive, culturally aligned talent programs focused on retention, development, and engagement.
• Partner with leaders to embed talent strategy into core business planning.
• Apply labor market analytics to influence strategic decision-making.
