Grand Casino Mille Lacs is seeking a Table Games Supervisor to oversee daily operations of the Table Games Department, ensuring exceptional guest service and compliance with gaming laws. The role includes staffing, budgeting, promotions, and cross-department coordination.

Ideal candidate has extensive Blackjack experience, supervisory background, dealer training, and licenses. Must be Mille Lacs Band Member with American Indian preference in hiring.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• Five years Blackjack Table Games with at least three years in supervisory/management role.
• Attended certified Dealer Training and passed a dealer audition.
• Knowledge of pit programs and player tracking systems.
• Working knowledge of all games dealt in the department.
• Basic computer skills (Word/Excel).
• Must secure license from Gaming Regulatory Authority (GRA).
• Must be Mille Lacs Band Member and American Indian preference applies in hiring.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and assigns tasks to Supervisors/Dealers; manage staffing and scheduling.
• Provide exceptional guest service and project a positive image of the Grand Casino Table Games department.
• Adjust game spreads for labor efficiency and guest service; review comps.
• Generate operating reports and assist with budgeting and disciplinary actions.
• Lead promotions and coordinate with Marketing and Revenue teams.
• Ensure compliance with all gaming laws, policies, and procedures.
