Job summary

Mystic Lake Casino Hotel seeks a strategic Talent Acquisition Partner to lead sourcing and full-cycle recruiting across gaming, hospitality, and services. You will partner with hiring managers, build strong talent pipelines, and promote our brand to attract top talent in the local market.

You will guide compensation discussions, leverage ATS tools, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience while aligning with company culture and values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field; or an Associate’s Degree with equivalent experience
• 6+ years of Talent Acquisition experience with proven results; combines full lifecycle corporate recruiting
• 3+ years of direct sourcing experience
• External search firm experience not required but preferred
• Ability to advise on, consult and execute talent strategies to attract, source and hire top talent
• Strong external network and internal stakeholder relationships; customer-centric mindset
• Outstanding communication skills (oral and written) with all levels
• Proven negotiation and influencing abilities
• Established personal brand and social media presence for sourcing
• Proficiency with multiple tools and ATS platforms
• Valid Class D driver's license may be required with good driving record

Responsibilities

• Conduct strategy sessions with hiring managers to define role requirements and business needs
• Execute full-cycle recruiting from sourcing to selection with focus on quality
• Administer pre-employment tests and reference checks as needed
• Consult with hiring managers on compensation proposals and market data
• Extend and negotiate offers to finalists and communicate employer value
• Develop and maintain relationships with all management levels
• Leverage technology and ATS to streamline the process and improve candidate experience
• Build pipelines by engaging quality and specialized applicants; promote the brand on social media
• Serve as SME in social media, college relations, and technology platforms
• Stay informed on wages, benefits, policies, labor law, and recruiting trends
