Job summary

Granite Partners is seeking a Talent Director based in Saint Louis Park, Minnesota to lead full-cycle leadership and senior-level searches across the Granite Companies. You will partner with company leaders to define roles, design sourcing strategies, and guide hiring decisions, ensuring rigorous, high-quality outcomes and strong candidate experiences.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or related certifications valued.
Progressive recruiting experience across leadership and technical roles.
Experience partnering with senior leaders and managing confidential situations.

Responsibilities

Lead full-cycle searches for designated leadership, professional, and technical roles.
Define roles, sourcing strategies, evaluation, and candidate selection.
Partner with external search firms and talent partners to deliver high-quality pipelines.
Develop data-driven sourcing using a range of channels (networks, referrals, direct outreach).
Design AI-enabled recruiting workflows to improve efficiency and scale.
Mentor interns and early-career team members; contribute to strategy and capability building.
