Grand Casino Mille Lacs/Hinckley is seeking a Financial Analyst to support strategic decision-making through rigorous financial and operational analysis. You will partner with leaders to evaluate performance, identify risks, and present clear insights that drive capital allocation and growth.

The role emphasizes budgeting, forecasting, and building financial models to inform annual plans, with collaboration across departments and a strong focus on accuracy and integrity of financial data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 4-6+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, or related finance roles.
• Strong financial modeling skills, including forecasting, scenario analysis, and cost-benefit analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with financial systems and reporting tools.
• Must obtain and maintain a Gaming Regulatory Authority (GRA) license.
• Must follow all applicable Detailed Gaming Regulations (DGRs).
• Mille Lacs Band Member and American Indian preference will be exercised in the hiring process.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial and operational data, budgets, forecasts, income statements, and other reports.
• Track results against forecasts, identify variances, trends, and anomalies.
• Develop forecast models and support annual budgets and capital plans.
• Provide persuasive, data-driven recommendations to leaders.
