Kraft Group Llc is seeking a Talent Specialist to screen and identify candidates for multiple operating entities and functional disciplines. You will coordinate interviews, validate candidate qualifications, and extend offers as needed.

The role emphasizes confidentiality, meticulous record-keeping, and a strong candidate experience in a fast-paced environment. You will support HRIS maintenance and comply with Federal, State, and Local laws and policies.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Must be well organized and able to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
• Must be self-motivated, self-disciplined, and detailed oriented.
• Proficient in Word, Excel and Microsoft Office; PowerPoint experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Screen resumes and qualifications to determine candidate suitability.
• Screen viable candidates to validate skills, experience, compensation, and other attributes.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Extend offers, as assigned.
• Provide a best-in-class candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the process.
• Maintain HRIS records and ensure compliance with laws and policies.
• Support background checks, E-Verify, immigration, EEOC, OSHA reporting.
• Contribute to diversity objectives and process improvements.
