Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a recruiter.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and passion for candidate experience.
• Hands-on experience with ATS, interviewing and sourcing platforms, and database management.
• Curious, resourceful, team-oriented and coachable.
• Self-motivated, proactive and able to multi-task.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Fill requisitions with high-caliber talent within days-to-fill targets.
• Screen and qualify candidates via virtual and in-person methods.
• Coordinate panel interviews, rating reviews and decisions.
• Prepare offer letters and reference checks as needed.
• Partner with HR to streamline onboarding and orientation.
• Leverage ATS and sourcing tools to build talent pipelines.
• Develop relationships with sourcing networks and candidates.
• Ensure positive experience for all stakeholders and candidates.
