Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; preferred fields include Accounting, Finance, HR, Business Administration or Analytics.
• 0-2 years of related experience in human resources operations, payroll, HR systems, benefits administration, finance or analytics.
• Advanced technology proficiency with HRIS, payroll systems, reporting tools, spreadsheets, and data platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to review complex data, reconcile records, and produce accurate reports.
• High attention to detail; ability to handle highly sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Process, reconcile and fund complex payrolls accurately and timely.
• Audit payroll data, wage payments, deductions, and related records for discrepancies.
• Manage wage and hour compliance, garnishments, and payroll tax notices.
• Maintain HR data integrity and architecture; prepare HR data reports.
• Create and maintain positions and workforce structures across HR, payroll, benefits, and talent systems.
• Respond to escalated HR operations tickets with timely, accurate resolutions.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Finance, IT and Talent Acquisition to resolve issues.
