• End-to-end recruiting for senior and targeted roles.
• Screen candidates and manage selection for interviews.
• Monitor recruiting metrics and adjust strategy as needed.
• Coordinate interviews, offers, references and onboarding support.
• Utilize ATS, LinkedIn, Circa and social platforms for talent sourcing.
• Maintain positive candidate experience throughout process.
• Prepare weekly recruiting reports for stakeholders.
• Support employer branding and recruiting events.
