The candidate will handle candidate coordination, new-hire orientation, benefits enrollment, I-9 documentation, and ongoing onboarding documentation while maintaining confidentiality and compliance.

Qualifikationen

• 1–2 years of direct experience in HR.
• Ability to interact effectively at all levels, including executives.
• Strong presentation, organizational, analytical, and written/oral communication skills.
• High proficiency with databases, word processing, spreadsheets, and presentations.

• Coordinate onboarding from hire through orientation and placement.
• Manage temporary staffing coordination and conversions to full-time.
• Administer internal bidding and employee movements in HR systems.
