Job summary

Resolve AI is seeking a Founding Sourcer to lead top-of-funnel GTM hiring, partnering with a dedicated talent team to build sourcing from zero. You will craft channels, playbooks, tooling and talent maps to fuel future hires across Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Customer Engineering.

You will identify top performers in observability, DevOps, and developer-tools businesses, and develop automated approaches to scale recruiting while evaluating credibility with engineering leaders.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of sourcing or recruiting experience focused on sales and GTM roles.
• Track record of filling GTM roles from passive pipelines with measurable results.
• Familiarity with the enterprise software sales landscape (infrastructure, observability, DevOps, security or developer tools).
• Strong judgment to differentiate top performers from interviewers, and signals to assess credibility with engineering leaders.

Responsibilities

• Own proactive sourcing across open GTM roles including Sales, Solutions Engineering, Sales Development, and Customer Engineering.
• Build talent maps of top performers in observability, DevOps, infrastructure and developer-tools segments.
• Research quota attainment, deal sizes, promotions, tenure, and the companies helped scale to identify real top performers.
• Track funnel data (reach-outs, response rates, pass-through to onsite) to sharpen targeting and inform hiring decisions as we scale the sales team.
• Grow referral and community channels, including sales communities, and industry events, alongside our talent teams.
