Job summary

Basis is building production-grade agents that perform end-to-end work in real-world accounting tasks. We seek a recruiter who can build strong pipelines for GTM, Engineering, and Product roles, using sharp research and concise outreach to engage top candidates.

You will own multiple searches in a fast-moving environment and drive thoughtful, targeted conversations with applicants. The role emphasizes proactive sourcing, deep candidate engagement, and continuous improvement with the hiring team

Qualifications

• 1–6 years of sourcing or recruiting experience, ideally at a high-growth startup or recruiting agency that supports startups.
• Experience sourcing for GTM, Engineering, or Product Management roles, with the curiosity to learn new functions & proven success in filling roles.
• Strong research instincts and judgment - you can understand what makes someone a fit beyond titles and keywords.
• Concise, compelling writing and the ability to engage great candidates.
• Ownership, ability to sprint, attention to detail, and manage multiple searches independently in a fast-moving environment.
