Job summary

Cohere is a remote-friendly, enterprise AI company expanding its Talent Acquisition team. As a Talent Sourcer, you will build and nurture pipelines for engineering and research, engaging passive candidates with creative sourcing, and partnering with hiring managers to scale our high-growth org.

You will leverage data to drive decisions, manage recruiting funnels in our ATS, and contribute to Cohere’s inclusive, global hiring efforts from our New York/US presence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sourcing experience for technical roles in Engineering and Research.
• Proven track record in high-growth and AI-related hiring scenarios.
• Established network in business communities and tech ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Build, own, and nurture a strong pipeline of engineering and research talent.
• Deliver world-class recruiting experiences reflecting Cohere’s brand.
• Partner with hiring managers to engage passive candidates with creative sourcing.
• Maintain market intelligence on technical talent trends.
• Manage recruiting funnels in the ATS and report analytics regularly.
• Develop proactive sourcing approaches to top-of-funnel talent.
• Cultivate relationships across networks and industries.
• Own high-impact talent projects as they arise.
