Job summary

SpaceX Talent Sourcer, temporary, will build talent pipelines for highly technical roles across Engineering, Manufacturing, and Operations. You will partner with recruiters and hiring managers to identify and engage exceptional candidates and represent SpaceX with professionalism.

You will source passive candidates via LinkedIn, GitHub, and niche forums; conduct initial outreach; track metrics; and stay current on market trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 1+ years recruiting experience or equivalent.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience sourcing for engineering/technical roles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proactively source passive candidates via professional networks and forums.
• Build pipelines for hard-to-fill engineering roles.
• Partner with recruiters and managers to refine role requirements.
