Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Talent Sourcer (Temporary) to build talent pipelines for highly technical roles and work closely with recruiters, managers, and engineers. You will proactively source passive candidates using diverse channels and leverage AI-powered tools to accelerate pipeline speed while preserving a personal touch.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in recruiting or a related field.
• Technical recruiting experience is preferred for engineering, hardware, or tech manufacturing roles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Proactively source passive candidates via diverse channels to fill hard-to-fill roles.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for engineering and manufacturing.
• Conduct initial outreach and phone screens to assess fit and interest.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to refine sourcing strategy and role requirements.
• Track sourcing metrics and communicate pipeline health to teams.
