R2 Global in Coral Gables, FL is seeking a commercially driven Practice Director to lead Talento’s Talent Solutions practice, driving new business development, revenue growth, and strategic partnerships.

You will cultivate senior relationships with clients and recruiters, own the end-to-end commercial cycle, mentor junior recruiters, and expand the customer base in South Florida while exploring new markets.

Competenze

• Proven success in account management, business development, and talent solutions.
• Experience developing business and managing customer relationships within South Florida preferred.
• Experience driving revenue through new business acquisition and strategic growth.
