Job summary

SearchLogic Recruiting LLC in Tampa, Florida is seeking a Director of Talent Acquisition to lead the agent hiring machine in a hybrid work environment. You will own the strategy, branding, and candidate flow from attract to hire.

This hands-on executive role includes managing the TA budget, optimizing ATS workflows, and building a high-performance team. You will partner with Sales and Marketing to drive retention, cost efficiency, and strong growth metrics.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in talent acquisition or high-volume recruiting.
• 3+ years of people leadership experience.
• Experience owning recruiting budgets and cost per hire.
• Hands-on ATS administration and API integrations.
• Experience with paid social and programmatic recruiting.
• Background recruiting commission-based or 1099 sales talent (real estate, insurance, etc.) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy and employer branding in collaboration with Marketing.
• Drive candidate acquisition across organic, referral, and paid channels.
• Manage recruiting budget, forecast hiring needs, and report cost per hire and ROI.
• Oversee ATS workflows, data quality, and integrations with CRM and onboarding platforms.
• Build a recruiting dashboard tracking key metrics and retention by cohort.
• Lead the TA Manager, recruiters, and onboarding team.
• Partner with Sales to tie hiring quality, onboarding, and ramp-up to retention.
