Job summary

ttg Talent Solutions is seeking a Business Development Representative / Recruiter in Coral Gables, FL. This on-site role combines business development with recruiting to win new clients and fill permanent placements, with a strong focus on growth in the South Florida market.

You will manage end-to-end client engagements, from discovery and job orders to presenting candidates and closing placements, while building a robust local network and maintaining activity in JobAdder.

Qualifications

• Proven success in B2B sales or business development, including winning new clients.
• Strong discovery, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness and ability to recruit alongside your business development responsibilities.
• Strong written and spoken English, sound judgment, and consistent follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business: Prospect, network, and meet with decision-makers to introduce ttg's services and win new clients.
• Understand client needs: Lead discovery conversations, qualify hiring opportunities, and secure agreements and job orders.
• Recruit and place candidates: Manage assigned searches, from sourcing and interviews through candidate presentations, offers, and placements.
• Grow relationships: Stay involved throughout delivery, generate repeat business, and keep client and candidate activity current in JobAdder.
