Automatic Data Processing, Inc. is hiring a Talent Service Specialist to serve as a trusted advisor and primary support resource for clients using Workforce Now Talent solutions.

You will provide Tier I technology support, troubleshoot issues, and deliver consultative guidance across Recruitment, Performance, Compensation, Succession Planning, LMS, and Talent Analytics. You will help clients navigate post-implementation questions, ensuring ongoing value, a world-class service experience, and

Qualifications

• 2-5+ years in client service or HR tech roles.
• Experience providing Tier I support for SaaS HR platforms.
• Strong communication and consultative problem-solving.
• Experience with Workforce Now Talent or similar HR SaaS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for inbound client inquiries via phone/IVR and service channels.
• Provide Tier I technology support for Workforce Now Talent modules (Recruitment, Performance, Compensation, Succession Planning, LMS, Enhanced Insights).
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve client issues with timely case resolution.
• Escalate complex issues to Tier II and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client success.
