Job summary

ADP is seeking a Talent Service Specialist to serve as a trusted advisor and primary support resource for clients using Workforce Now Talent solutions.

You will provide Tier I technology support, troubleshoot issues, deliver consultative guidance across Recruitment, Performance, Compensation, Succession Planning, Learning Management (LMS), and Enhanced Insights, and help clients maximize value post-implementation with a world-class service experience.

Qualifications

• 2-5+ years of experience in client service, HR tech, or similar roles.
• Experience providing Tier I support and help desk assistance.
• Experience in a client-facing service environment with multiple channels.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for inbound client inquiries via phone/IVR and service channels.
• Provide Tier I technology support for Workforce Now Talent modules.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve client issues with timely case resolution.
• Escalate complex issues to Tier II when appropriate.
• Deliver consultative guidance on Talent processes and programs.
