Job summary

ADP is hiring a Talent Service Specialist in the United States. You will act as a trusted advisor, delivering Tier I support for Workforce Now Talent modules and guiding clients on Recruitment, Performance, Compensation, and LMS practices.

You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality service, adoption of Talent solutions, and a world-class client experience across multiple channels.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years in client service, HR technology, or SaaS support.
• Experience supporting Talent/HR modules and related processes.
• Strong troubleshooting and consultative problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary contact for inbound client inquiries via phone/IVR and service channels.
• Provide Tier I technology support for Workforce Now Talent modules and related queries.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve client issues with timely case resolution.
• Escalate complex issues to Tier II when needed.
• Deliver consultative guidance on Talent processes and adoption.
• Document interactions and outcomes in designated systems.
