Signature Performance, Inc. seeks a Talent Resources Generalist who is dedicated to exceptional customer service and helping associates and business units.

You will support associate relations issues, policy interpretation, and disciplinary processes while collaborating with Talent Resources partners to implement best practices across functions. The role emphasizes timely HR guidance, cross-training, and working in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
• 1-2 years HR experience.
• SHRM CP certification preferred.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to function effectively in a fast paced environment.
• Personal traits of high commitment, motivation, energy, teamwork, professionalism, trust and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Provides guidance and support to management and employees on Talent Resources topics, policy interpretation, and disciplinary processes.
• Delivers HR policy guidance and program support to assigned departments.
• Ensures timely, accurate responses to employee inquiries and requests.
• Collaborates with Talent Resources partners to share best practices across functions.
• Cross-trains to serve as backup during peak times or absences.
• Performs other related duties as required.
