Job summary

EmployBridge is seeking a Recruiter to join our team in Greensboro, NC. You will brainstorm with your team to attract great candidates, apply marketing to postings and social channels, and use strong people skills to interview and place applicants in roles.

You will build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline, coordinate with internal teams, and conduct drug screens, background checks, and I-9 verifications to ensure a smooth onboarding process.

Qualifications

• Ability to manage multiple customers on a daily basis.
• Ability to assess, delegate and provide follow up with customer orders/requests & internal team.

Responsibilities

• Meet with your team to brainstorm new and exciting ways to get great people to work.
• Think outside of the box to attract candidates.
• Apply your marketing skills to our postings, social media sites, and the community to help us stand apart.
• Use your people skills and interview techniques to find the right candidate to fill our great opportunities.
• Continue to build a pipeline of people and actively look for a way to impact order fulfillment.
• As you find the right people for the job, you will conduct the drug screen, background check, and I-9’s so we can get them to work!
