Qualifications

• 1+ years of staffing or recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience navigating a diverse recruiting process.
• Proven client engagement and relationship management.
• Familiarity with CRM/ATS and data dashboards.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates and screen resumes to meet staffing goals.
• Screen, interview, and refer qualified candidates to jobs.
• Maintain and update candidate database and pipeline.
• Utilize CRM/ATS to manage full vetting cycle and documentation.
• Support diversity hiring and compliance initiatives.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to fill orders promptly.
• Conduct background checks and I-9 where required.
