Job summary

EmployBridge is seeking a Field Recruiter to join our Lake Forest, CA team. You will recruit, screen, and place candidates to fill diverse roles and build a robust talent pipeline in a fast-paced environment.

You will manage 40+ customer accounts daily, leverage marketing techniques across job postings and social media, and conduct interviews, background checks, and I-9 processing to get candidates to work. Bilingual Spanish and English is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting and staffing experience.
• Ability to manage 40+ customers daily.
• Experience with VMS systems preferred.
• Ability to assess, delegate and follow up with orders and internal team.

Responsibilities

• Brainstorm ways to attract great candidates.
• Apply marketing to postings, social media and community.
• Interview candidates to fill opportunities.
• Build a candidate pipeline and fulfill orders.
• Conduct drug screens, background checks, and I-9s.
