Employbridge is seeking a dynamic Field Recruiter to source, screen, interview, and refer qualified candidates for high-volume assignments in a fast-paced environment. You will partner with clients to understand staffing needs and build a robust candidate pipeline using CRM data and online job postings.

You will manage the full cycle from sourcing to onboarding, conduct background checks and I-9s where applicable, and meet time-to-fill and diversity goals.

Qualifikationen

• 1+ years of staffing or recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven experience navigating a diverse recruiting process.
• Track record of success with client engagement.
• Experience using platforms and dashboards to drive decisions.
• Community volunteering or social outreach experience.
• Excellent customer service and diplomacy in stressful situations.
• Strong communication skills at all levels.
• Good time management and organization.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products.

Aufgaben

• Sourcing candidates and screening resumes to fill orders.
• Interviewing applicants and referring qualified candidates to assignments.
• Developing sourcing plans including schools, colleges, and social channels.
• Writing effective content for online job postings.
• Maintaining an active candidate pipeline and CRM database.
• Running drug screens, I-9s, and background checks where required.
• Leveraging CRM data to meet daily order fill goals.
