EmployBridge, LLC is seeking a Field Recruiter for Denver, CO to help find great people for our opportunities. You will brainstorm with the team to attract candidates, and use creative marketing across postings and social channels to stand out in the market.

You'll interview and place candidates while building a robust pipeline for our orders. The role emphasizes managing multiple customer orders daily, coordinating screenings, background checks, and I-9 processing to get hires started,

Qualifications

• 3+ years recruiting & staffing experience is a plus.
• Ability to manage 40+ customers daily.
• Ability to assess, delegate and provide follow-up with orders & internal team.
• Bilingual Spanish & English is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Brainstorm with the team to attract great candidates.
• Use creative marketing to postings, social media, and community visibility.
• Interview to match candidates with opportunities.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of applicants for orders.
• Perform background checks, drug screens, and I-9s to get hires started.
