Job summary

Figma is hiring a Manager, Talent Products to own the strategy and roadmap for global recruiting processes, programs, technology, data, and AI-enabled workflows.

You will lead a multidisciplinary team and stay hands-on solving our most important problems, designing an end-to-end hiring process that balances speed, quality, and candidate experience.

This full-time role can be based in a US hub or remote anywhere in the United States, with equity and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in recruiting or people operations, technology, or a related product or operational function.
• 3+ years of experience directly managing, coaching, and developing high-performing teams.
• Proven success building and scaling global recruiting processes, programs, and technology.
• Strong product management skills, including strategy, roadmapping, prioritization, requirements definition, and measuring outcomes.
• Experience designing AI-enabled recruiting workflows, automation, or decision-support tools and deep knowledge of recruiting systems, analytics, and data governance.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy, roadmap, and operating model for our global recruiting processes, programs, technology, data, and AI-enabled workflows.
• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team while remaining hands-on in solving our most complex problems.
• Design and evolve a standardized end-to-end hiring process balancing speed, quality, consistency, compliance, and candidate experience.
• Turn business priorities and user needs into scalable recruiting programs and product solutions with measurable success.
• Lead the evolution of our recruiting technology ecosystem—decide what to build, buy, integrate, automate, simplify, or retire.
• Identify and implement AI and automation opportunities that improve productivity, decision-making, and the hiring experience.
