Job summary

Figma is seeking a Recruiting Manager to build and lead a recruiting team supporting multiple business functions across Sales in North America. This full-time role can be hosted from a US hub or fully remote in the United States.

You will partner with hiring leaders to execute top-tier recruiting practices, develop talent brand strategies, and drive scalable processes while championing inclusion and diversity across the organization.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment.
• 2+ years of people management experience.
• Expertise in SaaS sales recruiting.
• Ability to use data to measure and improve recruiting performance.
• Experience building and scaling recruiting functions and programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of recruiters across multiple business functions.
• Partner with Sales leadership to align recruiting resources with business needs.
• Develop a talent brand strategy to attract exceptional talent to Figma.
• Create an efficient, scalable team structure and processes.
• Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives within recruiting.
