Qualifications

• 7+ years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment.
• At least 2 years of people management experience.
• Expertise in SaaS sales recruiting and stakeholder partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Manage, mentor, and develop a growing team of recruiters.
• Collaborate with Sales leadership to align recruiting resources with business needs.
• Partner with recruiting leaders to build a strong talent brand strategy for attracting top talent.
• Create and implement an efficient team structure to enable scale and impact.
• Drive and advance diversity and inclusion initiatives across the recruiting org.
